Documenting a visit is easy within Clover Health App.
Open the Patient record, search by Name and date of birth. Once the profile loads, click on 'document a visit'.
If this link does not open, here are some possible causes.
1) Local Computer time may not be accurate. It is important for accuracy of medical records, that your laptop or computer time is in the right time zone and shows the correct time. Government regulations require that the record is captured with the right time stamps.
2) Permissions issue - Make sure your profile has the correct permissions to add documentation.
